Growing garlic is nearly a year-round process here at NCOF and we are just on the cusp of our harvesting window! Once the leaves on the garlic plant start dying off, we will be harvesting the bulbs and letting them dry and cure in our greenhouse. This is a big job and we are hoping the community will help show up to get it done.

Join us on Monday, July 6th at 6:00 PM to avoid the heat of the day and harvest and cure as much garlic as we can before sundown.

This event is FREE to attend, and we will be letting everyone bring their own head of garlic home with them. All ages are welcome but kids will need adult supervision. We have limited space as we’ll be working in the greenhouse so please register for everyone in your party.
