Whether you’ve been on the fence about getting chickens for years, or if you had the thought yesterday, this class is for you! This beginner friendly class will be run by Ryder, who has had backyard chickens for the past 5 years and is a chicken enthusiast himself, and Meeghan, the livestock manager here at NCOF. We will be going through every step of raising chickens from egg to coop, which breeds are best for you, and preparing you for what it will look like to own chickens yourself.
