This year-round meat share includes all of the seasonal meat shares (Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter), PLUS a bonus holiday roast in December!

Shares will begin the week of March 30, 2026 and continue roughly every other week through March 12, 2027. Small CSAs will have around 2-4 lbs of meat per share, medium will be 5-7 lbs, and large will be 8-10 lbs.

All meat CSAs come frozen, although if there is opportunity for a fresh whole chicken pickup we will contact our customers. Shares can be picked up at the Farm on the designated weeks during daylight hours between noon on Monday and sunset on Sunday. Shares will include pork, chicken, lamb, goat, and include opt in rabbit, organ, and bone meat. We will send out a survey a few weeks before the beginning of the CSA to ask about meat preferences, but you can expect to receive about 60% pork, 25% chicken, and 15% lamb, goat, and other cuts.
