Small CSAs will have around 2-3 lbs of pork per share, medium will be 4-6 lbs, and large will be 7-9 lbs.

All meat CSAs come frozen. Shares can be picked up at the Farm on the designated weeks during daylight hours between noon on Monday and sunset on Sunday.

Shares will be 100% pork and include cuts like sausages, bacon, loin chops, butt roasts, and ham slices.
