Small CSAs will have around 2-4 lbs of meat per share, medium will be 5-7 lbs, and large will be 8-10 lbs.

All meat CSAs come frozen, although there may be an opportunity for a fresh whole chicken pickup – we will reach out to our customers if that is the case. Shares can be picked up at the Farm on the designated weeks during daylight hours between noon on Monday and sunset on Sunday.

Shares will include pork, chicken, lamb, goat, and include opt in rabbit, organ, and bone meat. We will send out a survey a few weeks before the beginning of the CSA to ask about meat preferences, but you can expect to receive about 60% pork, 25% chicken, and 15% lamb, goat, and other cuts.
