This share features fresh, locally grown gourmet mushrooms from Mycoterra Farm, a certified organic mushroom farm in South Deerfield, MA. Mushrooms are grown year-round and harvested weekly for peak freshness. Varieties may include shiitake, lion’s mane, chestnut, pioppino, comb tooth, and assorted oyster mushroom species.

Mushrooms are pre-bagged and ready to use — perfect for sautéing, roasting, soups, and adding depth and flavor to weekly meals. Shares are available in ½ lb or 1 lb portions and change slightly week to week based on seasonal availability.

*Please note that the mushrooms will be delivered on Thursdays, so if you want them as fresh as possible and you are looking to get a vegetable CSA as well, you should choose the Thursday pickup option.

We will refrigerate the mushrooms once we receive them and you can come by the Farm to pick them up any day during daylight hours.
