Our Impact
NCOF has been a valuable resource to Natick and surrounding communities for 50 years. Originally founded in 1974 to provide jobs to local young people, the Farm’s mission has since expanded to focus on education and environmental stewardship.
Today, people of all ages connect with us for employment and volunteering, local organic products, and hands-on education around nature, farming, and sustainability.
Learning
through the land
NCOF is committed to farming in the public eye. Our community members get to know their farmers, see their methods in action, and learn about stewardship, ecology, and personal responsibility.
Enhancing
food security
Committed to cultivating a resilient locally based food system, NCOF ensures residents of Natick and nearby towns access to fresh, sustainably grown produce and humanely raised meats.
Protecting the environment
By farming sustainably and educating the next generations, NCOF actively enhances the health and well-being of the community, the land, and animals—now and for years to come.
