All Harvest Dinner proceeds support the Teen Work Summer Program, an apprenticing and mentoring program for teenagers ages fourteen to sixteen. Teenagers involved in the program gain invaluable experience in a wide array of skills, including carpentry and mechanics. They are also able to gain a sense of community, independence, and accomplishment, all while earning competitive wages, helping the environment, and forming healthy social relationships with their peers and mentoring adults.
